Dak Prescott

After his opening solid debut against the Rams, Dak Prescott surprised fans, as it didn't seem probable that he would have a follow-up performance against the Dolphins. Prescott really turned some heads this time as he went 12-15 with 199 yards, with 2 passing and 2 rushing touchdowns in the game. In this performance, Prescott showed his passing capabilities as well as ability to scramble out of the pocket using his speed for solid yards on the ground. He finished with a passer rating of 158. It’s only the preseason, but I think the Dallas Cowboys are showing what they have in store as they slowly enter the Post-Romo era.

Tyrod Taylor

Taylor had a solid performance in week 2 of the preseason against the New York Giants, as he went 7-10 with 132 yards and a touchdown, with a passer rating of 145. Taylor really showed his ability to be quite accurate in the passing game and his agility in the pocket, making him hard to sack. The Bills defense also held the Giants scoreless the entire game. If this defense plays to their potential this season, the Bills offense could have a chance to put up a bunch of points with Taylor and "Shady" McCoy leading the way.

Vernon Hargreaves

Vernon Hargreaves and the Tampa Bay Defense squared off against the Jaguar offense in week 2 of NFL preseason football. Hargreaves picked off Chad Henne twice in the game, showing his quickness in the backfield and his ability to start with fellow teammate Brent Grimes. With Grimes and Hargreaves at the cornerback position, This Tampa Bay Defense could be difficult for opposing quarterbacks to find yards through the air this season.

Terrelle Pryor

While Terrelle Pryor only had one catch in the game against the Atlanta Falcons, he showed all of his capabilities with that one touchdown reception from quarterback Robert Griffin III. Pryor clearly showed his ability to burn opposing corners with his speed for a 50 yard Touchdown reception against a stellar defensive back, Desmond Trufant. Along with wide receivers Josh Gordon, and rookie Corey Coleman, the Browns have freakish speed in their wide receivers. If the passing game is there, this offense could be hard for opposing defenses to keep up with.
